High Pressure Structural and Superconducting Properties of Ca1-xEuxFeAs2.

Abstrakt: We report high pressure XRD and magnetization measurements of a newly discovered novel 112-type ironbased superconducting compound Ca1-xEuxFeAs2. No structural phase transition occurs up to 10 GPa, the highest pressure of this study. From the magnetization measurement we observe that the superconducting volume fraction decreases upon increasing the pressure but no specific changes of the transition temperature (Tc) was detected.
