| Abstrakt: | The article discusses various aspects of the blameworthiness (culpability) legal doctrine, and it mentions the views of the late philosophers Aristotle and Immanuel Kant, as well as individual rights and the legal aspects of liberty and security. A duty to respect other individuals is addressed, along with the Responsibility Blameworthiness and Disrespect Blameworthiness concepts. Ignorance and coercion are examined, as well as civil and criminal liability. |
