| Abstrakt: |
The features of civic engagement as a factor of contemporary international relations development are defined. It is proved the importance of involving citizens to political participation processes at the international level. It is noted that the process of civil engagement in international politics level could be defined as a process that reveals the essence of the phenomenon of political citizenship, regardless of the sphere of its manifestation. The peculiarities of civil engagement as a new resource of influencing world politics are disclosed. Attention is focused on the fact that it is reasonable to start with the national practice of the EU, which include developed common legal framework as to self-governing political actions to the wider range of members of the European community.
