Nowadays, a number of different analysis methods regarding forest evolution are discussed in the literature. A series of methods are more effective than others. This paper presents the results of applying a geometric method of fractal analysis in Bălăbăneşti Forest case study. Efficiency is relatively low compared to other methods already analysed.
