Abstrakt: The article looks at a study regarding stimulator of interferon genes (STING) which is a cytosolic receptor that senses both exogenous and endogenous cytosolic cyclic dinucleotides (CDNs). It mentions signal transducer and activator of transcription 6 and signaling pathways to induce robust type I interferon and proinflammatory cytokine responses. It also mentions granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor for producing cellular cancer vaccines.
