The article looks at a study by stem cell–like memory CD8 T cells with a naïve-like profile upon yellow fever vaccination and long-term protection from infectious and malignant diseases. It mentions analysis of markers and genome-wide mRNA profiling and stem cell–like memory subset and induced by a vaccine in humans. It also mentions conventional references include the lifelong persisting herpes viruses cytomegalovirus (CMV) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and seasonal influenza. |
