Abstrakt: The study of composition and properties of poly-malt extracts as "the base" for non-alcoholic drinks was conducted, during which the optimum ratio of poly-malt extract, aqueous extract of raspberry, and the required amount of glucose-fructose syrup was determined for obtaining a composition-ally balanced drink with a harmonious taste.
