Abstrakt: The article presents a study to determine safety related outcomes for persons with bleeding disorders who had undergone radionuclide synovectomy (RS) in the U.S. using the ATHNdataset. Topics discussed include RS in patients with bleeding disorders, minimizing radiation damage to surrounding joint tissues through RS in haemophilia and bleeding disorder, and using World Health Organization criteria for categorizing myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) and myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).
