Assignment[sup 1] of human NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 beta subcomplex 3 (NDUFB3) and of its four pseudogenes to human chromosomes 2q31.3, 1p13.3→p13.1, 9q32→q34.1, 14q22.3→q23.1 and 14q32.2 by radiation hybrid mapping

Abstrakt: The Genebridge 4 radiation hybrid panel (Gb4) consists of 93 radiation hybrid clones, 1 human and 1 hamster recipient cell clone. Two independent PCR amplifications were performed on the panel for each gene assignment. PCR amplification conditions were: 25 ng DNA, 15 pmol each primer. PCR amplification conditions were previously described. The products were analyzed in a 1.5% agarose gel. Specific bands were obtained for all PCR amplifications with human DNA under the conditions described and no product was seen for any of the amplicons performed on the hamster DNA.
