Abstrakt: The article presents a study which examined the antipyretic, antinociceptive, and anti-inflammatory potentials of leaf fractions and extracts of Eria (E.) javanica. It mentions that acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice was used to examine anti-nociceptive potentials and yeast-induced pyrexia in rats was used to assess antipyretic activity. It shows that leaves of E. javanica have peripheral analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic activities.
