The article presents a case study of a 50-year-old male presented with dyspepsia and loss of weight. Topics discussed include mucosal irregularity in the greater curvature of gastric antrum revealed from oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy (OGD), multiple hemi-circumferential ulceroproliferative mucosal lesions with normal mucosa and subsequent diagnosis of HIV/AIDS. |
