The article presents a case study of a 47 years old female suffering from microstomia, a small oral orifice disease caused by the orofacial burns, carcinoma, and trauma. Topics discussed include fabricating of a complete denture with the existing opening, using wax spacer on upper and lower casts, and offers information on the prosthodontic management of microstomia. |
