| Abstrakt: |
A very brief history of laryngoscopy and intralaryngeal surgery up to the present time is outlined. A simple comparison of some of the conventional laryngeal instruments with CO2 laser capability is made, and the common one-handed and two-handed surgical techniques are outlined. Four cases are presented, each of which demonstrates a significant feature of laryngoscopic surgery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
