The article discusses the important role of collaborative approach in helping community colleges in New York to deliver their goals and missions beyond their capacity. It relates the case of the State University of New York (SUNY) which adopts the collaborative approach to its community colleges to address the statewide skills gap in well-trained manufacturing workers called Training and Education in Advanced Manufacturing (TEAM). |
