Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old male who had two ischaemic strokes within five months' time in the absence of documented atrial fibrillation. The patient underwent echocardiography wherein it reveals the existence of membrane in his left atrium. The patient was diagnosed with cor triatriatum which is a rare congenital cardiac malformation that is often recognised during childhood. |
