Abstrakt: The article presents the case study of a 56-year-old woman diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (PD) with apomorphine-induced immune hemolytic anemia (DIIHA). The patient developed motor complications including motor fluctuations, gait freezing, and dopa-related dyskinesias after being treated by L-dopa/benserazide, rotigotine and amantadine.
