Abstrakt: The article focuses on a study to evaluate height and weight norms of adult Estonian women, aged between 20-70 years and to show the possibilities of somatotyping by means of a height-weight classification. Topics discussed include gradual increase in weight can increase breadth and depth measurements, circumferences and skinfolds, age-related effect on the change of women's mean weight and height; and characteristics of body composition.
