The article discusses the case of a 32-year-old female with itchy erythematous papules and nodules of different sizes over the scalp for seven years. Topics covered include findings on dermatological examination, consideration of a provisional diagnosis of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with oesinophilia (ALHE), and topical agents that have tried with inconsistent results. Finding on radio-frequency ablation (RFA) therapy is also discussed. |
