The article focuses on the Virtual Silk Highway Project in Central Asia and Southern Caucasus, started by the Science Committee of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Science Program. It discusses the aims of the project including exchange of information and reducing the cost of internet and satellite connectivity for connect it from Central Asia to academic networks in Europe. |
