Abstrakt: | The article discusses food labeling requirements and laws in America in relation to consumers' preferences and associations with health, safety, and environment, and it mentions the use of the word natural on food labels and calls for food labeling measures dealing with genetically modified organisms/genetically engineered (GMO/GE) products. Vermont's GE food labeling law is addressed, along with the U.S. National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard. |
