Abstrakt: The Svea Court of Appeal has found that there exists a likelihood of confusion between the trade mark m held by Kraft and the signs m and m&m’s (but not M&M’s) used by Mars. In concluding that Mars commited a trade mark infringement in Sweden, the decision clarifies the scope of trade mark protection of single-letter signs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
