Li2CoTi3O8ceramic was prepared by a reaction-sintering method for the first time and its microwave dielectric properties were investigated. A single phase of the Li2CoTi3O8ceramic was confirmed by its XRD pattern. The variation of microstructures was analyzed by SEM. The optimum sintering condition of Li2CoTi3O8was considered to be 1050°C/5 h, for the best density and dielectric properties. Typically, Li2CoTi3O8ceramic prepared by a reaction-sintering method sintered at 1050°C for 5 h exhibited microwave dielectric properties of ϵr= 22.3, Q × f = 28860 GHz and τf= −5.0 ppm/e°C.
