The study examined construction team members and their roles in terms of their personality and construction related activity. Relevant data for the study were collected through convenience sampling method with the aid of well-structured questionnaires and it was discovered that team building is important for successful accomplishment of construction projects. Project efficiency and performance can be achieved with an appropriate composition of team members and members should possess key attributes such as open communication, positive feedback and commitment to team success.
