| Abstrakt: |
The article presents guidelines from the organization American Telemedicine Association (ATA) for traditional medicine, e-health and technology and communication companies. It highlights the TeleICU, a network of audiovisual communication and computer systems that offer a collaborative, interprofessional care model for critically ill patients. An overview on the scope of the guidelines in providing assessment to practitioners as well as medical intervention, is provided. |
