The main idea of the article is to analyse the peculiarities of moral and political responsibility functioning in the conditions of authoritarian political regime. The author focuses on the range of subjects and scope of this responsibility. The connection between the properties of authoritarian political regimes and the principles of moral and political responsibility in the system of state is examined. The aim of the article is to elucidate the sources and the principles of moral and political responsibility under authoritarianism. Moral and political responsibility is defined as the part of legitimation of the state authority activities in authoritarian systems. Within the analyses it is reconstituted the dependence of the moral and political responsibility on the purposes and social prerequisites for setting up the specific type of authoritarian regimes. The author distinguishes regulatory reasons, forms and means of moral and political responsibility implementation within the authoritarian regime. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
