From a philosophical position isolated by natural and social determinants of identity formation (resting on their conditional segregation, continuity and relationships). Natural determinants of identity formation we include: physiological and genetic, space, biosphere and geographic landscape. In social determinants of personality formation include culture and society. Sociocultural determination of personality is carried out by the socialization of the individual, which is the subject of the subjective nature of the relationship between the main parties socializing process. Despite the opinions of some modern thinkers, such as. Baumann, who generally rejects the importance of socialization in the process of identity formation, particularly in highly developed European countries since the second half of the twentieth century, we agree that in modern conditions, the person is more prone to semiconstrained, however, the processes of socialization, in our opinion, continue to play a role in the process of identity formation, especially the post-Soviet countries. This opinion is shared by such modern thinkers as P. Berger, T. Lukman, G. Inglehart and others who not only do not detract from the value of socialization in the process of formation of the personality, but to prove, what exactly its content and the conditions define a global value transformation (Inglehart).
