The interaction between reduced molybdo-antimono-phosphoric heteropoly acid and cetyltrime-thylammonium bromide adsorbed on to mesoporous silica (CTAB-SG) was studied using adsorption and spectoscopic techniques. It is shown that the adsorption of the heteropoly acid from 0,3 M sulfuric acid solution gives the isotherm of H2-type, the sorption equilibrium is reached in 2 min. Taking this into account, the methods for orthophosphate determination in marine waters and serum were developed. The limits of detection were 0,063 and 0,450 mg/L respectively. Color scales for semiquantitative visual test determination of orthophosphate in the range of 0,03-0,8 and 0,6-1,9 mg/L were proposed too. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
