Research on intra-individual organizational phenomena represents one of the fastest growing areas of inquiry in the management field, with half of the over 200 studies using this technique published in just the past five years. However, this growth has come at the expense of a complete and consistent understanding of critical considerations and best practices. This panel includes five experts who will address questions pertaining to intra- individual concepts and theory, research design and measurement, and analyses and reporting practices. The panelists will provide their assessment of the current state of this research, and their recommendations for future research using intra-individual techniques. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
