The article discusses the advantage of teaching ethics using case studies to medical students. Discussion of the advantage of using case studies in ethics teaching as it helps students determine ethical issues within a case and understand philosophical claims is offered. Emphasis on the need for teachers to carefully choose case studies to ensure that students will have the chance to evaluate ethical values through critical thinking is provided |
