Abstrakt: | Calluses from stem tissues and from lignotubers were grown on various combinations of auxins (IAA*, NAA, 2,4-D, NOA) and cytikinins (kinetin, BAP) in an attempt to induce regeneration of organs. Regeneration was not achieved, but substantial differences in growth were obtained. Best growth occurred on basal medium with 2 x 10-5 M NOA and 16 x 10-6 M BAP (for stem calluses) and 2 x 10-5 M 2,4-D and 2 x 10-6 M BAP (for lignotuber calluses). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
