West syndrome constitutes a constellation of symptoms characterized by epileptic/infantile spasms, abnormal brain wave patterns called hypsarrhythmia and neurodevelopmental regression. We present a case report of a patient undergoing multiple dental extractions and restorations under general anaesthesia along with the standard recommendations for management in Cryptogenic West syndrome.
