The esthetic challenge of replacement of missing maxillary anterior tooth may be extremely demanding. It necessitates careful assessment i.e. both clinical and radiographic of each case. It involves multiple steps during planning and prosthetic phase. Nowadays various treatment options are available for replacement of missing teeth in esthetic zone. Each of them is indicated for a particular intra oral situation as well as for a particular phase of treatment. Proper treatment planning and execution leads to improved esthetic outcome, which helps to enhance confidence of the patient. This article flings glow on benefits and drawbacks of various existing treatment options available for replacement of missing tooth in esthetic zone, which will help the clinician to select the accurate treatment option for a particular intra oral situation.
