Combining Angle of Arrival (AOA) measurement algorithm based on wave interference in 2-D space and positioning algorithm based on Time Different on Arrival (TDOA), we propose a wireless sensor networks localization algorithm for 3-D space. First, the algorithm measures the angle and distance of beacon nodes and test nodes, then calculate the precise coordinates of the test node. The algorithm complexity is low, it only needs three beacon nodes. And it uses distributed computing and has high positioning accuracy. Simulation results show that the algorithm can accurately calculate the position of the sensor nodes in threedimensional space. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
