In the article, the authors present their study on the appropriate training needs of specialised healthcare resident tutor (RT) in the Balearic Islands in Spain. Also cited are the key role played by RTs in the Specialised Healthcare Training system in the country, and the training needs in such areas as teaching competence, clinical competence, and communication skills. |
