Abstrakt: Since ancient times, Kazakhstan has been the place, where nomadic and sedentary worlds of Eurasia lived and coexisted. The early history of Eurasian Nomads is called "Scythian-Saka" named after two large tribal groups. Brilliant «animal» style appeared in the VII-VI centuries within interaction and interpenetration of these cultures. The article discusses the importance of Boralday Saka Burial Mounds in tourism development in the country. Boralday Saka Burial Mounds are the promising project for tourism development of the country. Development of tourist infrastructure involves cultural and economic development of the region, providing jobs for local residents, raising sectors of the economy via services. «Boralday Saka Burial Mounds» project includes the archaeological park. The archaeological park plan includes a tour of trails and paths, viewing platforms, descending and excavations, ethnopark and etc. To develop the tourism infrastructure in Kazakhstan, mounds are supposed to host reconstructed mounds with ritual attributes. Tumuli Park model underlies the concept of Boralday park. Therefore, this article compares similar parks in Hungary, near Budapest and in the Republic of Korea in the city of Gyeongju.
