The article presents abstracts of the articles of the periodical "Ophthalmic & Physiological Optics," published as of March 01, 1997. The article titled "A View of Visual Adaptation From a Different Position," examines the effect of adaptation upon perceived visual location of luminance-defined and texture-defined stimuli. The article titled "Effects of Age-Related Cataract on Obstacle avoidance strategies," concludes that cataract patients adapted their obstacle avoidance strategies in order to minimize the chances of tripping. |
