Abstrakt: An essay is presented in which the authors attempt to deconstruct various terms applied to post conflict scenarios including gender equality, political economy, and neoliberalism, in addition to how various human rights such as cultural, social, and economic rights can be utilized to support change theory. It also discusses the international agreements the Universal Declaration of Human rights (UDHR) and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
