| Abstrakt: | The article presents comments by Doctor Claude Matuchansky on the study by Doctor Samadder and colleagues on the lower duodenal polyp burden results with the use of sulindac and erlotinib on patients with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP). The use of a ten centimeter study segment of proximal duodenum from the pyloric channel was questioned for its limitation in representation. The missing information on the detection for flat adenomas or lesions was also highlighted. |
