The article discusses the crystal structure of the c-Jun N-terminal kinases (JNKs) which known as mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinases. It highlights the use of JNKs to treat diabetes, cancer, or liver diseases as well as Alzheimer's disease. It also stresses the crystallization of JNK3 with chemicals. |
