The article discusses several cases concerning post-grant proceedings , patents as well as trade secrets and trademarks. They include the copyright infringement case Media.Net Advertising FZ-LLC v. Netseer Inc. in which the motion to dismiss was granted, the patent case Avid Tech. Inc. v. Harmonic Inc. in which the prior finding of noninfringement was vacated and remanded and the trade secret case Stryker Corp. v. Ridgeway in which summary judgment will be granted in favor of the defendant. |
