Abstrakt: |
Nanosheet-ZnO were synthesized via sonochemical synthesis by using PEG400 as the surfactant, the effect of PEG400 on crystal structure and optical properties of ZnO nanopow-ders were investigated, and the function mechanism of PEG400 was also discussed. The results shows that the flower-like ZnO with nanorods were obtained without PEG400, and the products transformed into the ZnO with nanosheets gradually as the additive quantity of PEG400 increasing.
