Abstrakt:	The article discusses the improvement of local anaesthetic atomization qualities of Laryngo-Tracheal Mucosal Atomisation Device (MADgic) malleable stylet by attaching the oxygen into the syringe. Topics include the advantages of MADgic stylet such as inexpensiveness and disposability, the comparison of IV cannula technique and MADgic stylet, and the limitation of dosing the relative local anaesthesia.
