The Penal Code adopted by Law no. 286/2009 includes violation of domicile offenses in the sphere of service offenses, although the old regulation categorized them as crimes against person freedom. The two successive regulations are basically similar but have some differences whose analysis is especially useful for solving transient situations that arise due entry into force of the new Penal Code.
