The article examines the utility of pulse wave velocity (PWV) as an indicator of atherosclerosis in the prediabetic state with impaired fasting glucose level. The biochemical and physiological parameters of the participants in the study such as fasting blood glucose, blood pressure and lipid profile were measured. |
