Abstrakt: In this article, the author discusses benefits of outdoor training sessions for staying fit. Topics discussed include connection between being outdoors and a reduction in stress levels, confidence boost up while training outdoors with endless options of workout like jog, bench work, and climbing or pull ups, and enhancement of mood and getting positive outcome with high enthusiasm, vitality and vitamin D in outdoor environment.
