The article discusses the benefits of foreclosure mediation programs to help homeowners to get access to justice. It highlights the initiative of Chicago-based nonprofit organization Resolution Systems Institute to analyze works in foreclosure mediation. It also discusses these four design elements from which courts and program administrators can learn from research, improve existing programs and increase access to justice. |
