Abstrakt:	The article discusses the annual rankings of American law schools which are published by the "U.S. News & World Report" Magazine, and it mentions the author's proposal for lower-ranked fourth-tier American law schools to rethink the criteria that they use when hiring entry-level tenure-track law professors. Teachers' job qualifications are addressed, along with biases in employment involving legal scholars and practitioners, law school accreditation, and the American Bar Association.
