| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a systematic review of literature on edentulous maxilla bone augmentation. It reports that routinely-used ridge augmentation methods haven't been documented sufficiently with clinical studies. It states that reports lacked information on the long-term follow-up of patients and on dental implant survival despite having favorable results of the augmentation outcome. It recommends studies include data on baseline conditions and bone augmentation gains. |
