Abstrakt: The article offers information on an active learning method designed to increase conceptual understanding in engineering, which is called Inquiry-Based Learning Activities (IBLAs). IBLAs are based on different Predict-Observe-Explain cycles that can include direct instruction or teamwork. They motivate students to solve misconceptins.
