The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old woman presented with mild hematochezia along with chronic diarrhea and abdominal pain. It mentions that colonoscopy showed pancolitis, multiple deep serpiginous ulcer and a large ulcer in rectum with occasional normal intervening mucosa. It states that she is diagnosed with multifocal langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) also know as Letterer Siwe disease. |
